Jeffrey Merriam

merriam JEFFREY MALCOLM MERRIAM (Age 53) Died Monday, October 8, 2007 at Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA. Mr. Merriam was born April 5, 1954 in California, and was the son of Duke and C.C. Merriam of Georgetown, and the late Barbara (Nash) Merriam. Jeff was a Business Development Manager at World Council of Credit Unions, Inc. in Washington, DC. He was also a member of the Burke Masters Swim Program. Besides his father, survivors include his wife of 30 years, Mary Merriam of Mason Neck, VA; two daughters, Sarah Merriam of Springfield, VA and Stephanie Merriam of Lorton, VA; one sister Claire Hoffman of Los Angeles, CA; two brothers Mathew Merriam of New York City, NY and Andrew Merriam of Philadelphia, PA. He also leaves his beloved dogs, George, Jacob and Watson. The Rev. Don Binder will conduct a memorial service at 4 p.m., October 19, 2007 at the Pohick Episcopal Church, 9301 Richmond Highway, Lorton, VA.
