Jennifer Mead Obituary
Jennifer Hilton Mead
On Tuesday, January 23, 2024 of Bethesda, Maryland. Jenny was the beloved wife of William B. Mead for 62 years until his death in 2017. She persevered through the earlier losses of daughter Meagen and son Andy. She is survived by son Christopher B. Mead; his wife Lauren G. Mead; and their children, Kevin B. Mead and his wife Beatrice C. Franklin, Brett G. Mead and his wife Abigail S. Malone, and Tyler H. Mead. Shortly before her death, Jenny had the joy of doting over her great grandson Leo, child of Kevin and Beatrice. She loved her family, many friends, and late-life companion Faust Rossi. A lifelong student and passionate fan of art, she was an accomplished and award-winning painter, sculptor, and producer of animated short films. The family will hold a private remembrance in celebration of her life. Contributions in her memory may be made to the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, NAMI.org.
