It is with a heavy heart that I express my deepest condolences for the loss of Fern. He was more than a mentor to me; he was a guiding light and an inspiration in the commercial real estate industry. Fern's unparalleled expertise, wisdom, and joy for his work made every interaction a valuable lesson. His legacy will continue to influence and inspire those of us fortunate enough to have worked with him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and all who had the honor of knowing such an extraordinary individual.

Our deepest condolences to the family. We knew Fern as the coach of our daughter´s soccer team, and his daughter and our daughter were friends. Fern was a kind, good man, full of energy and down to earth despite all he accomplished. He even shared his business contacts to help our daughter get a job after college.

A true gentleman and a wonderful father to his two sons who played soccer for me at Good Counsel High School. Always a joy to see Fern's smiling face and genuine support for his sons' matches. Que descanes en paz. Lo extranaremos.
