John Ingari Obituary


Dr. JOHN SALAVATORE INGARI  Colonel, U.S.A.F. (Ret.)  
Passed away in the presence of his family on January 10, 2012. Dr. Ingari was born on April 2, 1934, in Hartford, Conn., and lived all over the world, including Japan and Greece. Most recently, he and his wife have resided in Melbourne, Florida for the last 11 years.Dr. Ingari was a Periodontist in the Air Force with a distinguished career spanning 28 years. He served as a Chief of Periodontics in the USAF, teacher, consultant and Dental Commander of Bolling and Andrews Air Force Bases. He and his wife, Barbara , enjoyed golf, bocce and most importantly spending time with family and friends.Dr. Ingari is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara; as well as his four children, Robin Ingari, Jack Ingari, Gina Guiffre and Lorina Rummel. The family has also been blessed with 11 grandchildren.Family and friends will meet on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 11 a.m. for a funeral Mass at St. John's Evangelist Catholic Church, located at 5655 Stadium Parkway, Viera, FL 32940, followed by Full Military Honors. His interment will be at the National Arlington Cemetery.
