John Ingram Obituary



INGRAM JOHN HENRY INGRAM "Big John" On Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at his residence in Washington, DC. Mr. Ingram was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sylvia and daughter, Ivy. He leaves to cherish his life, three children, Dr. Sharon I. Early (Milton), Kirk T. Ingram (Cynthia) and Michelle B. Ingram-Harrison (Alonzo); six grandchildren, Monica Proctor, Kirk V. (Evangeline), Theresa Hall (Gerald), Stephen (Robyn), JoVaughn (Krystal) and Raymon Harrison; a special friend, who he called his sister, Doris Jackson; seven great-grandchildren; many relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 7 from 9 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. at Calvary Episcopal Church, 820 6th St., NE. Interment Harmony Memorial Park, Landover, MD. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Calvary Episcopal Church, Elevator Fund, in memory of John H. Ingram. Arrangements by PINCKNEY-SPANGLER FUNERAL HOME.
