On Sunday, December 11, 2011, of Olney, MD. Beloved husband of Jill Weschler; father of Johnny, Jr., Tiffany, and Jennie Weschler. Also survived by his siblings, Janet, Billy, Jimmy, Lisa, and Joey. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Redeemer Church, Summit Ave & Cable Drive, Kensington, MD, on Monday, December 19, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

John and I traveled through elementary and high school together and shared many experiences..He was always a good friend showing up to some of my football games and I could hear his voice from the sidelines .. Johnny was a good friend that I will continue to miss

I am so sad to hear of John's passing as I just read a notice from Wheeling Jesuit. John and I had many fun times there. Although I haven't met his family, please know that you are in my prayers and accept my condolences. Cheers Johnny...we had a great time! God Bless.

I just learned of John's passing and am deeply saddened. My heartfelt sympathy to Jill and her family. We loved to see John at the Grille & always enjoyed sharing stories. I hope John & Mark are sharing them now again. Peace be with you.

I Knew of Johnny"s passing and was shocked to say the least. I came regularly to the auction house; he was very honest to deal with and on top of the jewelry industry. My deepest condolences to his wife and kids . Rest in peace Johnny and please do not try to grade those diamonds up there. Heavens jewels are of superior quality.

Today, Virginia told me about The loss of her brother. I am a regular client at The action house. I met johny many times and I tried to make him smile. You could trust him. I Shall miss him. Dear Jill, children, and family: Doug, Jason and I want to extend our deepest sympathy at this sad time. My condolences to the Wecshler family. I grew up with John beginning with Holy Redeemer through our high school years at Good Counsel. We lived on the same street and were part of the same car pool in HS. I lost touch with John after GC, but still remember many good times. John will always be remembered.
