Helene,Lisa,Toni and the Conge family my condolences. Friendship is life's greatest gift and I was blessed by Frank's close friendship. Frank's love of country, the Marines, his family, and the value he placed higher learner were some of traits I loved about Frank. I will continue to keep the Conge family in my thoughts and prayers and honor his memory by remembering the positive memories and character traits and value of his true friendship which has and will continue to give value and meaning to my life. Frank was a true friend.
Over the years, we came to appreciate his honesty, his generosity, his no-nonsense attitude towards life.
He has left a profound impact on those who have had the privilege to have known him.
We will miss him.

The thought of my favorite U.S. Marine guarding the streets of heaven comforts me.
December 23, 2017
Always ready was my husband's motto when it came to the Corps, Semper Fidelis. Maj. Spooner stated Marines are tough, proud and remarkable, both in war and peace. They are professional, well trained in the martial arts and the art of war. They remain forever Marines! No better friends, no worse enemy, refers to those few men and ... women who wear the eagle, globe and anchor. If they live to be hundred, that spirit of Semper Fidelis remains at their core. So my beloved with your yin/yang personality may God take you in his fold and may you rest in peace. Love, your wife
