On Saturday, February 23, 2013 In Washington DC. He is survived by his mother Pamela Williams; stepfather George Williams; father Archie Hardin; brother Marc Anthony Moaland; sister Tierra Monet Hardin; two sons Isaiah Joseph and Jaden Joseph Hardin and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the Woodlawn Faith UMC Church 7010 Harrison Lane, Alexandria, VA 22306 Saturday March 9, 2013 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment in Mount Comfort Cemetery.

Joe, you are truly missed. Instead of holding our heads low we will hold them high and celebrate a life well lived. We wish we had more time with you but we are happy that we have so many memories of you to cherish. I know that you will be watching over your family and friends from heaven. Best Friend Joe, The kids and I will miss you dearly. I will never forget the times we spwnt togehter. The turtle you rescued from the house is a story that we will tell for years to come. The memories that I have of you I will be sure to share with Jaden. I'm so sad he will never get to see what a great father you are. I still don't believe you are gone. you will never be forgotten. We love you Joe!!! I can hear your voice in my head saying Tiffany,Dora and I have big heads. I'm sure you are smiling down on all of us. Rest with God my friend.
