JOSEPH LLOYD
Joseph Lloyd, affectionately known as "Mr. Lovejoy" went home to glory on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, where he passed away peacefully at his home in Southeast Washington, DC. Devoted husband of the late Ruby Dubose Lloyd. Father of Harold, Charles, Harry, Brenda and Samuel. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; one brother, Matthew; devoted caregiver, Florence Fashina; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by children, Mary, Joyce, James and Edward. Visitation at 10 a.m.; service at 11 a.m. at Bethlehem Church of God Holiness, 5898 Eastern Ave., N.E. on Friday, September 13. Interment Ft. Lincoln Cemetery. Arrangements by JOHNSON and JENKINS.
