JOSEPH THOMAS TORRISI
On Monday, June 18, 2007, JOSEPH THOMAS TORRISI of North Chevy Chase, MD. Beloved husband of the late Susan W. Torrisi; father of Joseph Rosario (Donna) Torrisi, Josephine Marie Brown, Rose E. (Lester) Brodsky, Thomas F. (Adriana) Torrisi and Susan M. Mike (Zindel); brother of Vincent Torrisi and the late Thomas Torrisi and Rose Pannone. Also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, 500 University Blvd., West, Silver Spring, MD, Thursday, 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine Laboure Church, Veirs Mill and Claridge Roads, Wheaton, MD on Friday, June 22, at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Montgomery County Unit, 11331 Amherst Avenue, Silver Sprng, MD 20902.

Joe, I always will remember the kindness you showed me during my younger years. You are truly one of God's most gentle souls. Here on earth we will miss you very much. But our hearts are filled with happiness knowing you are in heaven with your wife Sue. Watch over us till we meet again. We love you!
