JUDITH LORRAINE ROGAN
Judith Lorraine Rogan, age 83, of Columbia, MD, died Friday, November 4, 2022. Born December 5, 1938 in East Lansing, MI to Evelyn Catherine Richards and Ronald Morris Warren, she graduated from Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, MD. She was married to August Rogan, Jr., for over 56 years before he preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter Deborah Anne Johnson (John); son Steven Wayne Rogan (Allyson); and grandchildren Joshua Buck Rogan and Kathryn Mattis Rogan. A memorial service and reception will be held at Park View, 7070 Cradlerock Way, Columbia, MD 21045 on December 5, 2022 at 3 p.m.
