Her Celebration of Life will be held on September 9, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Covenant Funeral Service, 10830 Patriot Highway, Fredericksburg, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, at her request, donations may be sent to Rikki's Refuge, Orange, Virginia or to the Fredericksburg SPCA, Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Hi Luchen - friend & neighbor. Very sorry to hear of your loss of Kendra. The beautiful write up embodies my memories of Kendra who everytime passed by me in our neighborhood had such a pleasant smile and greeting, a testament of a great person. May you and her family find comfort during this difficult time with all the great memories you all had with her and celebrate all her accomplishments in her life on earth.
