Debbie, Chis forwarded me your email on Tue. & I fully intended to make it, as Chris' comments reflect below. Regretfully, my own health issues have forced me to scrub the attempt.
Linda & I send you & Kimberly our sincere & deepest sympathies. It was a real shock for us all, accompanied with a burning sensation of great loss. Although we haven't seen you & Scotty in a good while, we truly loved him & cherished the years of friendship & sharing.
I will close this condolence communique with a quote from Maya Angelou: “People will forget what you said and forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Scotty made us all feel very special. He had a great love of life & elevated life's experience for all who knew him.
It was an true honor to have served with Scotty, and I treasure the memories we created together.
With love & deepest sympathy,
Bob Dunne (a.k.a. “Dunner”)
