Officers and members of Local 26 IBEW are hereby notified of the death of retired brother Kenneth Owens on February 1, 2006. Friends may call on Sunday, February 5, 2006, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 at Stauffer Funeral Home, Frederick, MD, where service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m.
