On April 14, 2004, KEVIN RAWLS of Washington, DC, devoted husband of Debra Rawls; loving son of Lillie and the late John Rawls; loving son-in-law of the late Samuel (Sam K.) and June Chamberlain; stepfather of one son and two daughters. Also survived by a devoted friend, Brenda Darby and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may call at Galilee Baptist Church, 2252 Minnesota Ave., SE, Thursday, April 22 from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon. Interment private.
