Kevin Patrick Word (Age 62)
Passed away on November 26, 2023. He is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Diane Snowden Word and his loving daughter, Nicole. Also survived by his mother, Andrea Magowan Curry (Herbert); father, Michael Word (Karen); sister, Teresa Word; half-siblings, Michael Staley and Matthew (Tara Rullo) and Suzanna Word. He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Word, Jr. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 520 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD 20852 at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6. Condolences to his wife and daughter , I am a metro employee who work closely with Kevin up until his retirement and Kevin still checked up on me over the years each time I went home to Trinidad all he wanted was his Hennessy white Kevin was more of a big brother to me, and always told me I can do anything , when I heard of his passing I was at work and I truly couldn´t believe it , may he rest in eternal peace he was truly an amazing person who love to laugh.
