Kirk was born on November 21, 1955, in Warwick, Rhode Island to the late Norma (nee Ransom) and Clifton "Andy" Anderson. Kirk spent his entire 40+ year career as an engineer for the Navy.
Arrangements will be handled privately with a celebration of life to come at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor can be made to the American Cancer Society, the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, or Blood Cancer United (formerly The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society).
