A funeral service was held Monday, November 3 at Agudas Achim Congregation, Alexandria, Virginia, with interment at the synagogue cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lewis' honor may be made to Agudas Achim Congregation, directed to the Rabbi or Hazzan's Discretionary Fund.
