Such a significant loss for the citizens of the District of Columbia. It is an even greater loss to those who loved and knew her. We are all better for having experienced her grace, dignity and commitment to the entire city including those who needed the best that the city had to offer. Linda was a wife, mother, daughter and true sister of the city. May she rest in peace with angels. She will be missed but never forgotten.

To the family of Linda:
Linda was truly like a rare gem. We worked together when she was a Revenue Officer at then The Department of Finance and Revenue now The Office of Tax and Revenue. To the extended Harlee and Harper families
God is never deaf to your prayers; never blind to your tears; and never silent to your pain. I had the privilege to work with Linda at DYRS. She was a fierce advocate for young people and ambassador for her hometown of DC. I pray the the memories and good times that we all shared with Linda will comfort us in the days ahead. Peace and blessings..,,
