Lorraine will always be remembered for her service to the State of Maryland and her support of those who had little or no voice in our government. I enjoyed her tough compassion. We will miss her. My thoughts are with John and Joan.

Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I met Lorraine and John when they would visit with Sr. Lucille. Upon reading Lorraine's obituary and other writings about her she was a very special woman.
