MARIE ROTHENBERG
On Saturday, August 11, 2012. Devoted mother of Regina, Karsten (Joan), Bernd (Terry), David (Paula); five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 4 until 6 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 3022 Woodlawn Ave Falls Church, VA 22042, where a funeral service will also be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Fairfax Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions in her name may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.www.fmfh.com

I grew up in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and she was always Mrs. Rothenberg to me. I will always remember her passion for the church, that wonderful German accent, and her willingness to always lend a helping hand. My thoughts and prayers for the family at this time.

It was always such a joy to see Marie at all the Holy Trinity functions - she seemed to bring sunshine wherever she went. I know you have many many memories to cherish. My thought and prayers are with the family.
