Of Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, September 11, 2017. She leaves to cherish her memory, two children, Karla (Lawson III) and Bernard; two grandsons, Bryce and Brandon; brothers, Henry C. Hayes (Oleathia), and David O. Hayes (Butch); a host of other relatives and dear friends. Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 17 from 5 to 7 p.m. and Monday, September 18, 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. at the Peoples Community Baptist Church, 31 Norwood Rd., Silver Spring, MD. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be sent to a scholarship fund in Marion's name. Make checks payable to The People's Community Baptist Church. No one was lovelier than Ms. Marion Hull. Such a sweet soul, I am grateful to have known her. My heart and prayers go out to Karla and the rest of the family, along with the certain knowledge that she is now at peace.

Marion was a mentor and a friend. Her quiet strength, dignity and class were the hallmarks of her leadership. Her memory will always be close to me. May her memory continue to be a source of blessing to her family and friends.
