MARTIN PESSAGNO Obituary
Martin Thomas Pessagno
Of Mechanicsville, formerly of Bowie, MD, passed away after a brief illness on December 25, 2021. Marty was born on April 22, 1965 in Lanham, MD. He was the son of the late Richard E. and Judith Johnson Pessagno. He graduated from Bowie High School in 1983, and served in the US Army Reserves from 1986-1994. Marty was an avid outdoorsmen, fisherman, golfer and hunter. For the past 14 years, he successfully owned and operated TNT Tools with Gear Wrench Franchise, receiving numerous accolades for his entrepreneurism and salesmanship. He is survived by his children, Nicholas and Moira, his brothers, Richard A. (Charles) and Paul D. (Katie) Pessagno; niece, Hannah; and nephew, Domonic. He was predeceased by his brother Adam. Services will be private. Due to current COVID precautions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. The Marty Pessagno Memorial Golf Tournament, benefiting young entrepreneurs, will also be held later this year.
