Marvin Koch Obituary
MARVIN ALBERT KOCH (Age 96)
Of Asheville, NC died February 4, 2012. Survived by his wife Eunice Thomas Koch; son, Robert Alan Koch; granddaughters, Christiana Kittrell, Michele Jackson, Lisa Swoboda, and Caroline Emily Koch; and great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Kittrell, William and Benjamin Jackson, and Ian and Phoebe Swoboda. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 7 in the chapel of Morris Funeral Home, 304 Merrimon Ave. Interment Lewis Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and following the graveside service in a reception at Givens Estates in the living room of Asbury Commons. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Givens Estates, 2360 Sweeten Creek Rd., Asheville, NC 28803.

I had the wonderfull pleasure of working for maevin and eunice for 17 years.I did not know that marvin passed away untill i was reading this.I did know of him being ill.I loved him and looked up to him as he was one of the smartest men i ever knew.In his life he had seen many things and could tell great stories to we who listened.To me he was a great great man and i for one will miss him
