Dear Jack & Kay
So sorry to learn about your mother. We have been on vacation since last Sunday and I just read my email. It sounds like she had a wonderful long life and left lots of family. I know you will miss her.

Marie and Joe were always a crowning touch to Family gatherings.
When we look around, now, we can still
see them in the generations (now) here and those yet to come.
Kay you have been a credit and treasure to your parents and they adored you and the grandchildren given, to them, through you.
Jack, you were a special and amazing son-in-law to both Marie and Joe.
Lord - take note! Love!

Aunt Marie was warm, classy, witty, caring, and a thoroughly modern woman before we even knew what that was! She set out so young, built a career, sustained a long & loving marriage, raised a beautiful family, and lived a rich, full life. Aunt Marie was a rare gem who truly sparkled, and we'll miss her brightening our world. Our thoughts are with you Aunt Kay, Jack, Marybeth, Michael, Allison, Mikayla, Paul... Hugs,

Farewell Gram. I will never forget, how you always washed the spices from your hard shell crabs; your great lasagna and how you usually beat Joe and I with your 100 yd. drives, always in the fairway.
Say hello to Joe for me.

Dear Kay & Jack,
I returned from a couple of days in Ocean City to find that I missed the memorial mass for Aunt Marie this a.m. It is comforting to know that she now rests in peace with our Lord and with Uncle Joe. She and your Dad were very special. But I don't need to tell you that. My prayers are with you and your family.
Love,
Carolyn & Donnie

I was so blessed to have Aunt Marie & Uncle Joe as my Godparents....who could personify Christian life better than they did.... so loving and giving to everyone....she & Uncle Joe were there for every special occasion of my youth and adult life. I will always remember them both with much love.

My Aunt Marie...my mother had six sisters so I had plenty to select my best aunt. But if you took all the best qualities of all my aunts, you could not make my Aunt Marie. She was cool and she was hot, she was gentle and she could be stern. We visited many summers from Cleveland when we were kids and teenagers. She always made things special for us. She made the teens feel grown up.....even though one of the things I remember best is getting to sip her Tom Collins drinks she made for the adults, after all, it was nearly 100 degrees and the humidity was higher, so it was really refreshing to sit on that screened- in porch and cool off. A most gracious and elegant aunt and uncle. They are always in our thoughts.

Dear Kay:
So sorry about your Mom but what a wonderful, long life she led. To have lived 102 years is amazing when you put it all in perspective - imagine the changes she has seen in a lifetime.
It is always hard to loose a loved one but you were certainly blessed to have your Mom for so long. My prayers are with you and your family.
