My heart goes out to the John's Family. It saddens me that I wasn't able to attend his services to express the respect and fondness to a very dear friend of ours. My husband , Michael grew up with Mike in Baltimore. My thoughts are happy times , that Mike and I shared with Kay and Mike. We traveled together in our joy and sadness thru the years. Love, Mary Chirigos

Dear Anna, William, M.C., Chris and Alex and all of your families, I am so very sorry about the passing of your beloved Dad and my Beloved Uncle Mike. No one was ever more welcoming, kind, interested, loving, devoted to his family or a better example of enjoying life. I always remember with much happiness the summer time stays in D.C. and Uncle Mike and Aunt Kay taking Alex and me camping among so many other things. Mom always has such fond memories of him, there travel together with Pop and Aunt Kay and their Valentine's Day gifts to each other. According to Mom he was a great brother in law and a dear, dear friend.
Sending you love from both of us and wishing Uncle Mike peace and joy with his beloved Aunt Kay.
Love,
Dorothy and Aunt Olvia

Pride, intelligence, brilliant, loyal, happy , caring ..I was lucky to know Mr. John's All My Life. And those words were always associated with Mr.Johns. I loved all his stories he shared, his love for old Baltimore and my dad, Dr. Chirigos. The joy that was always in his eyes when he was coaching GOYA bball, hanging out with all of us and his family.
