Michael May Obituary

Michael May, of Gaithersburg, MD passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025. Michael was born in Washington, DC. Beloved husband of the late Linda May. Son of the late Paul May and Anne Costigan May Noland. Brother of Paul (Lexie), Raymond (Peggy), Virginia "Bunny", Kathyleen "Kitty" (Keith), Andrew, Janet and Jill. Predeceased by brothers Patrick and Christopher, and sister Carmel "Candy". He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Mike was a retired contractor, who also loved cooking. He was very generous with his time and many skills. He volunteered to help with many events at St. John Neumann, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He also volunteered with several local charities. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Steadfast, https://steadfastmd.org. A visitation will be held Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, followed by a mass of Christian burial. Interment to follow at All Souls Cemetery.
