Monty will be sorely missed. I will always remember his easy smile and humor. My best memories are of him at Swanzey Lake on his outdoor porch chatting away with us. Much love to Lois and all the Spears from me.

My condolences to Lois, Stephen, Jeff and Karen on the passing of my favorite boss, mentor, tennis partner, fellow Navy vet, and good friend. So often I think of the wonderful times we had together in Nassau and in the years that followed.

I just had to include this pic of my first wedding (of three), taken at the CONGEN's official residence in Nassau, Bahamas in 1972. L to R: Sir John Paul (last governor of the Bahamas), Lois, my best man, Andy, bride Betty Kelly, me, Lady Paul, and, of course, Monty. It was so generous of Lois and Monty to host our gala reception in their home, surely one of the most memorable days of my life.
