Dear Mrs. Tsangaris,
I was going through old pictures and found one of your husband taken the day he informed me that he was leaving the practice at GWU Hospital.
Your husband was dear to my husband and me, he helped us when we arrived to Washington, DC and I had a cancer diagnosis that Dr. Tsangaris proved to be wrong. This afternoon, I found his picture and came to know about his passing while searching his name.
Although late, I would like to send you our condolences.
