NORMA McDERMOTT BAUMGARTNER
Born 92 years ago in Frankfort, KY, life-long Washington, DC area resident, died peacefully surrounded by her devoted children on January 15, 2017. Predeceased by her son, Steve and his wife June. She is survived by her cherished children, Diane Leach, Linda (Lee) Rawls, Phillip and Richard Baumgartner and Amy (Alan) Meltzer; loving grandchildren Kelly (Brian) Baker, Andy (Jackie) Leach, Julie (Phil) Seils, William (Derrick Poe) Rawls, Richard Rawls, Jennifer Meltzer, Elizabeth (Mike) Stagnitta, Max (Tai) Meltzer, Mark Meltzer and Stephen Baumgartner. She was the proud great Gran of Kate (Corey) Burton, Matthew Baker, Josh, Brett, Jason and Tyler Seils, Casey and Taylor Leach, Cynna Stagnitta, Ella and Julian Meltzer. Her Life will be celebrated on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 9705 Summit Ave., Kensington, MD at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may donate to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 1400 K St., #725, Washington, DC 20005. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
