To the family of Ambassador O. Rudolph Aggrey,
My wife, Jearline, and I send our sincere condolences during this very difficult time. May you all find comfort in the many wonderful memories you have of your husband, father, and family member.
I had the privilege of being a colleague and friend of Rudy's at the US Department of State and a brother in Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity. He was an exemplary representative of the United States of America in international affairs and he helped to prime the path for other minorities to follow in his footsteps.
He will be missed.
You have my deepest and heartfelt sympathy,

Howard Hardy, Jr.
