PERRY HOOKS Obituary
PERRY W. HOOKS, SR. (Age 91)
Passed away peacefully on January 26, 2021 at Sagepoint Memory Care, in Waldorf, MD. He was born in Coffeyville, KS on August 24, 1929. Perry leaves his loving wife, Dorothea; a devoted son and daughter-in-law, Craig and Austria Hooks; granddaughters, Zoraya, Brianna, and Kyla; and a great-granddaughter, Sai. He is also survived by his brother, Eugene Hooks; sister-in-law, Veronica Groom; many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. Perry was predeceased by his first wife, Mary and their beloved son, Perry W. Hooks, Jr. A virtual service will be held at a later date and interment at Topeka Cemetery, in Topeka, KS. Donations may be made to the NAACP/Aiken S.C. Youth Council or the National Alzheimer's Association.

Dear Craig we are saddened to learn about the passing of your dad (and
brother). He was a wonderful man. My sister passed away on January 25 of this year. I´m the single survivor. 2021 has been a very stressful and sorrowful year.
