I met Perry when he was mentoring my younger brother, David, and I kept in contact with Perry every now and then. He was always a source of light, kindness, and generosity. I think the time my brother spent with Perry at BT was some of his happiest. Perry I will always carry your kindness and smile in my heart. If any of the family ever makes it to Portland, oregon please reach out. Perry was a true Super Mench.

Rubetta,
Very sorry to hear of Perry's passing. I really enjoyed working with him, and playing soccer back in the day. He taught me a great deal, and will be missed. Best wishes to you and your family.

To the family of Perry Palan:
My husband and I met Perry and Rubetta on a cruise in 2017 and became friends. When we returned from our cruise, we kept in touch and got together. We were so sad when your wonderful Mom died. We were supposed to get together again
with Perry in June. What a wonderful generous person. We send our deepest sympathy.
