Philip Louis Dobak (Age 91)

Philip Louis Dobak was born to Louis and Evelyn Dobak on April 1, 1931, in Washington DC. Moved back to Washington where he completed his BS in physics at George Washington University. Worked for the US Navy on degaussing projects. Tolerated the tediousness of bureaucratic paperwork later in his career. Philip was passionate about gardening, music, and the "farm, his country retreat in Barboursville, VA. Remembered by his Washington neighbors for his helpful kindness. Passed away in his sleep at the age of 91 on April 7, 2022, in Arlington VA. My husband, Bob, was a friend of Phil but we have not kept in touch for decades. I remember him as an brilliant young man, witty and a little eccentric.--a lot of fun. My condolences to the family.
