Philip Witorsch Obituary

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Philip Witorsch, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, on February 12, 2025, at age 87. Born on July 11, 1937, in the Bronx, NY, Philip lived a life filled with a commitment to the well-being of others. Philip was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Joan Witorsch. He is survived by his devoted brother, Ray Witorsch and his children, Beth Poss and Jeffrey Witorsch. He took joy in being a grandfather to Madeline Domino, Joshua Witorsch, and Morgan Poss, and as a great-grandfather to Tripp Domino.
His family invites all whose lives he touched to join in celebrating his remarkable life. Funeral services will be held at the chapel of Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park (https://gardenofremembrance.org/), in Clarksburg, MD on February 23, 2025, at 12 p.m. Shiva will be immediately after until 6 p.m., at the home of Beth Poss, 19725 Mouth of Monocacy Rd., Dickerson, MD 20842.
