May god bless your family during this trying time. Phillip RIP homie, the last time I saw you, you were in P.G PLAZA. The memories are still there from roper, or shall I say Ronald H. Brown. We were in the same homeroom cutting up and cracking jokes. You were such a gentleman nice and laid back type of guy. I send out my prayers to your family. You're in heaven now. You are in a better place. Peace and Love

With deepest sympathy in your time of sarrow. Although I did not know Phil, he made a possitive impression on my youngest son. For that I am very greatful, that God allowed him to reach out and touch my son after the death of his brother last year. I understand that Phil and my son were both 24 at time of death.
I would like to share this with you and your family a poem and hope the family will find some comfort in these words.
In Memory
Those we love remain with us, for Love itself lives on. Cherished memories never fade, because one loved is gone.
Those we Love can never be, more than a thought apart, for as long as there's a memory, they live on in our heart.
I know it so very hard at this time to think its going to get better. But it is true, time heals all wounds. My wound is still open, but every day that goes by I can (and you will be able to as well) Think, Talk, Remember Phil and be okay.
Your Family Chain was broken.
No one knew that morning that God was going to call him home. Phil left you peaceful memories, his love is still your guide, although you cannot see him, he will always be by your side. Your family chain has been broken, and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, The Chain Will Link Again.
If I can help you at all, please feel free to contact me.

John 14:1
Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am
May you find comfort in God.

May the Good Lord take care of Phillip in heaven. When I met him years ago he was a pleasant youngman in middle school with all the great qualities of a gentalman, that would oneday make it in this world. I was in total shock when hearing of this violent crime. Phillip is a angel and has no more worries. My prayers goes out to him, his friends and his family. Phillip Thomas you will be missed!!!
