Over the past 24+ years that I worked with Ralph, I always found him to be such the gentlemen and always willing to help out. Ralph helped me start my journey to find God and I will always remember him as a child of God. Now that he with the All Mighty, along with his love ones that have pasted before him, we know he is truly happy.
Fondly remembered.....

Working with Ralph was always a pleasure. He was such a gentlemen -always up-beat. We both had family in PA and it was fun to talk about our visits there. Ralph gave me a recipe for Carrot Cake MANY years ago. I still make it and it's always a hit. I'll miss your Ralph!

I am one of the many co-workers that Ralph made a lasting impression on. Ralph and I began our friendship and working relationship over seven years ago. We often had serious talks regarding our deep religious beliefs, and his health - as well as light hearted talks about his travels, food, people, books, music - you name it, we touched on it. I miss not seeing him everyday. Right now I feel extreme sadness for not being able to work with him and see him - but at the same time know that he is no longer suffering, but is with his Lord. My deepest sympathy to Ralph's family members. God Bless you. Victoria

I was first introduced to Legum & Norman in 1973, and one of the first people I met there was Ralph Kroll. So I knew Ralph 31 years as a client, an owner and most recently as a co-worker. But more importantly I knew Ralph for 31 years as a friend. He was a lover of choral music, as am I. He was a man of great faith who loved his church, as do I. And because his church and my church have each had their own high-profile problems in recent years, we never lacked things to talk about. My heart ached as Ralph bravely fought his illness without complaint. I will miss this friend, but I praise God that I knew him.

Ralph and I became friends as he and I discussed his cancer treatments. My brother was experiencing a similar battle and he always felt that our conversations made him feel better. The last time he and I went out for drinks, it became apparent to me that what little I was doing for him was far less than the comfort he gave me. Towards the end, it was hard to see Ralph as sick -- he never complained to me and always tired to make me feel better without regards to his situation. I always knew Ralph was a saint, now everyone knows.
Ralph, now that you share heaven with the other saints, I look forward to being able to talk to you whenever I want.
I miss you!

I only knew Ralph for a year and a half, but I remember his smile and his laughter, which never failed to make my day better, even when everything seemed to be going wrong. I will always remember him.

Ralph was not only my co-worker, he was friend. I will always cherish the memories of the many recent late night phone calls while he was in the stuck in the hospital and I was stuck at the office, swamped at Open Enrollment. I will miss our daily conversation's at the coffee station about his trips and day to day work business. Jim is a man who should be praised for his dedication to Ralph. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of him. I share my deepest sorrows to Ralph's family. I will miss him dearly.
