Of Granite Falls, NC, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, September 23, 2016. Mr. Rinker was born December 14, 1953 in Alexandria, VA to the late John M. Rinker and Esther Dewey Rinker. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, September 29, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m., at Bass-Smith Funeral Home in Hickory, NC.
