Of Star Tannery, VA died October 17, 2011 at Georgetown University Hospital. Visitation Monday, October 24, 6 to 9 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Funeral Home, Charles Town, WV. Memorial Service Tuesday, October 25, 2 p.m. at Funeral Home.
