RAYMOND WILLIAM SEDDON, SR. January 31, 1934
Surrounded by many loving family members, Raymond William Seddon from Bethel Park, Pittsburgh, PA, passed away December 29, 2013. Son of John P. and Johanna K. Seddon, husband of Charlotte J. Seddon, beloved father of Charlotte Binakonsky, Jacqueline Vandeven, Debra Bloch, Sherri McKenzie, and Raymond W. Seddon, Jr. Brother of Johanna M. Seddon, MD (Hingson) and the late Alfred M. Seddon and John P. Seddon. Also survived by grandchildren William, Sarah, Johanna, Sandy, Michael, Anna, Jane, Rachel, Lucy, Emily, Samantha, Brittany, Kimberly, Madeline, Alec, Parker, McKaela, Samuel, Jonathan, Gabriel; great-grandchildren Oliver, Shane, Julia, Riley and Nathan. Mr. Seddon graduated from Bethel Park High School and the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. He then worked at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and became chief of the Emergency Broadcasting System in the FCC of the US government in Washington, DC. Raymond was also an entrepreneur, business owner and farmer. He will be deeply missed and loved forever. Funeral Arrangements private by Beinhauer-Connell 412-835-7940.
