On August 7, 2003 of Herndon, VA. Son of Nancy A. Waters and the late James Edward Waters; brother of Steven, James and Andrea Waters. Also survived by three nephews, many relatives and friends. Visitation 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2003 at the AMES FUNERAL HOME, 8914 Quarry Rd., Manassas, VA, with Memorial Service at 12 Noon. Rev. Roland Smith, presiding. Inurnment to follow at Pleasant Valley Memorial Park, Annandale, VA.

TO REGGIE'S FAMILY,
I AM SO HURT TO HEAR OF REGGIE'S PASSSING,BUT I KNOW HE IS IN A BETTER PLACE WITHOUT PAIN AND SORROW.I WILL MISS HIS LAUGH AND SILLY HUMOR.HE WAS A FRIEND OF MINE
FOR MANY YEARS,EVEN HELPING ME WHEN I NEEDED A STAND IN SHAMPOO PERSON.MEMORIES I WILL ALWAYS CHERISH IS AT THE HERNDON FESTIVAL LAUGHING AND JOKING ABOUT EVERYONE WHO PASSED US.THIS ONE IS FOR YOU REGGIE,THANKS FOR ALL YOU DONE FOR ME AT THE MOVIE THEATHER.I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU.
