(Age 84)
On April 22, 2014 of the Washington, DC area. Beloved brother of the late Fr. David J.K. Granfield, O.S.B.; cousin of James Granfield, James Fitzgerald, Mary Ryan and Ann Ayers. Friends may call on Tuesday, April 29 at St. Anselm's Abbey, 4501 South Dakota Ave., N.E. from 4 p.m. until 5:45 p.m., where Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, April 30 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at St. Anselm's Abbey Cemetery. Arrangements by DeVol.

Fr. Granfield was a great inspiration as a teacher. I was blessed to take his ecclesiology course during his last year at CUA. He will be in my prayers!
