Robert Bregman (Age 94)

Of Alexandria, Virginia passed peacefully at his residence in the early morning of August 19, 2022 in his favorite recliner. He was the beloved husband of late Judith S. Bregman. Bob and Judy were married three months after a blind date and spent 65 wonderful years together. Bob is the loving father of Keith Bregman (Lisa), Leslie Bregman (Arthur), David Bregman, and Steve Bregman (Lynn); adored "Poppie" of eight and great-poppie of three. Bob was a dedicated physician, husband and father and was much loved and respected in his city of Alexandria. He was an avid tennis player and played until 90 years old. Bob went to undergraduate and medical school at Georgetown University. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War, after which he opened his pediatric practice in Alexandria, VA, creating his legacy of a well-respected and loved pediatrician caring for many families, across multiple generations, during his more than 40 years of practice. A funeral service will be held at Agudas Achim Congregation, 2908 Valley Drive, Alexandria, VA 22302 on Tuesday, August 23, at 10:30 am.
