Robert C. Buto "Rob" July 8, 1957 - July 12, 2021
Passed away at his home in Laurel, MD, having recently suffered a stroke. Rob was born in Honolulu, HI to Junichi and Ann Buto. He is survived by his siblings, Kathleen (Tom Korns), David (Joanne), and Arthur (Lisa) and nieces, Jenny and Katie Korns, Alana Buto, and Perry Buto. He was an Army "brat" and lived in Hawaii, Germany, North Carolina, and Georgia before settling in Maryland. Rob was known for his ironic sense of humor and generosity. He was an avid volleyball player and enthusiastic collector of stamps and coins. Services will be private. A private scattering of ashes will be held at a later date.
