I had the pleasure of working for over a dozen years with Bob at the Office of General Counsel. He was outstanding lawyer and a gifted mentor. More than that, he was a warm, friendly and witty gentleman.

I am very sorry to hear of Bob's death. I worked very closely with him for a number of years as the program person represented by him on appeals of disallowances we took. As a fellow attorney, albeit a non-practicing one, I was able to develop a close relationship professionally. In addition, we enjoyed each other's conversations and senses of humor, to the extent that we had each other on speed dial. I was sorry when his higher position took him away from our formal relationship. He was a fine man and I send my regrets to his family.

I was sorry to hear the passing of Mr. Dublin, I will miss him he was my supervisor for 9 years before his retirement in June 2003, a very good person to work with.
When Mr. Dubln went hunting he would always bring me venison steak and he would share with me how to fix it, we would talk about how good that steak was.
My prayers are with the family.

I was sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I worked with Bob for many years at the Office of the General Counsel at HEW / HHS. When I first joined the office he was a mentor to me. I valued his considerable knowledge and his willingness to share it with others. Bob was a real mensch, a warm and caring person, and will be missed.

I will miss Mr. Dublin. I work with him for many years in OGC/HCFA and OGC/CFAD. He was a very wonderful co-worker.
We always talk about the Gaint and Redskins when football season begin.
My prays are with Marica, Jennifer Peter and the rest of the family.

Bob had already been at the HHS Office of General Counsel for 14 years when I came to OGC in 1983. I was lucky enough to work directly with Bob, and have him as a day-to-day colleague when he worked in OGC's CMS Division. I will treasure memories of time spent with Bob away from the office as well, including Michaal Jordan's first game in DC as a pro in 1985, and various celebrations and milestones, including a great night celebrating Bob when he left our office. OGC was very lucky to have Bob's outstanding and dedicated service; anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him was also very fortunate to have him as a friend and colleague.

I worked with Bob for many years in the Office of General Counsel, while he was in Washington and I was in Boston. I could always count on him for excellent help with that work, funny stories, and tales of the Maine woods, an interest we shared. I know he loved his family very much, and he always spoke about them. I hope they will continue to gain strength from that love.

I only knew Bob professionally, but found him to be a most warm, friendly and funny man. I'm sure you will mourn his loss for sometime to come. My deepest sympathies to Marcia and Jennifer, and Peter too.
