Our deepest condolences to Bob´s family and especially to Carol. I first got to know Bob when he was a member of Tifereth Israel congregation as was my family when I was young. I remember my father working with Bob on Social Action projects and especially when creating the Jewish Funeral Practices Committee in Washington and what a special achievement that was. I was lucky to get to know Bob again as an adult and member of Adat Shalom. I remember him always being kind and caring about people and the world. Whenever we talked, often at Synagogue after services, he was interested in what was going on the world and in our lives and he would have insightful things to say. The world is emptier without him and his memory is truly a blessing. He will be missed. Michael and Haya Laufer

Bob was a special person and a close friend since we met him and Carol about 20 years ago. We have wonderful memories of Bob and Carol and of sharing many meals. We especially enjoyed visiting with them at their house on the Cape and bicycling together on trails. Of course, we couldn´t keep up with Bob who took his cycling seriously.
We will miss Bob, but knowing that we have delightful memories of our time together will be for a blessing.

Bob was a beloved member of our Adat Shalom community. Greatly respected and held in high regard. He loved a good life. Our heart goes out to his children, grandchildren and especially to Carol. May his memory be a blessing to all those who knew him and remember him. Susana and Stephen Isaacson
