On Saturday, November 15, 2014, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Ann Kleinknecht; father of Robert Kleinknecht (Marylynn), Barbara Kleinknecht, and Donna Hewitt (Craig); grandfather of Barrett Kleinknecht, Lindsay Kleinknecht, Bobby Hewitt and Megan Hewitt; brother of the late Kenneth S. Kleinknecht and Christian F. Kleinknecht, Jr. Relatives and friends may meet at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, November 18, from 2 to 4 p.m. Memorial Service at Oakdale Emory United Methodist Church, Georgia Ave. & Emory Church Rd., Olney, MD, on Wednesday, November 19, at 10 a.m. Interment private. Our deepest sympathy to Bob, Barbara, and Donna on the passing of their father. He was a great person and a great guy to be around. I will always be thankfull for what he did for my son Travis when he played baseball in Silver Springs. Travis and I have spoken of the fun and friendship he had up there. What a great guy.
