On December 8, 2002, at his residence in Virginia Beach, VA. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Greenwood Spiker of Virginia Beach; a daughter, Susan Spiker Creech and her husband, Norman of Virginia Beach; two sons, Dr. Robert Claude Spiker, Jr. and his wife, Janet, of Poolesville, MD, David Allen Spiker and his wife, Emily of Oakton, VA; his stepchildren, Wendy Greenwood Evans of Philadelphia and Jocelyn Greenwood Felton of Martinsburg, WV; a sister, Alice Louise Londeree of Dallas, TX; five grandhcildren and two great-grandchildren. Burial with full military honors will be at Arlington National Cemetery on January 2, 2002 at 3 p.m. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society. H.D.
