Dorothe,
We will miss his sweet gentle spirit. He was such a lovely man who always had a smile on his face and a kind word on his lips. I know that you will be surrounded by loved ones during this difficult time. Please remember that you are also in our thoughts as well.

To Bob's family. Bob was one of the stars of the DCA Sales force when it was in its prime. I worked across the street from the Sales office at the 16th Street Statler Ticket office way back in the 60's. So I'd see Bob with some regularity as he stopped by on his own or with some of the Sales team on his way to lunch. Bob's ready smile, his dedication to the Company, and his sincere interest in people made him a favorite with the ticket office staff. He was special. So it was always a delight to see him at the Reunions. Everything about Bob let you know, without his saying it, that he loved, and was loved by his family. It will continue to be a treasure to hold Bob in our memories. Our prayers are with you during this time. Charlie Zimmerli
