To Ronnie's Family -- I met Ronnie in Wakefield High School in 1968, he was my prom date & we married on Jan 16, 1971, in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Arlington, VA. We were friends, although eventually went our separate ways. I am very glad that we were able to reconnect last year & make amends. It was good to talk with him again. My heart goes out to his entire family & friends. I was unable to attend the service due to my surgery on June 26...but,my church family at Blessed Sacrament prayed for him on July 15. I will always have a spot in my heart for Ronnie...God Bless all of you....with love, Linda

I knew Ron from the days when Chris was coming up through the youth baseball system in Arlington. Ron had a great perspective on the role of sport in a child's and a community's life. I only learned of Ron's passing this weekend and am so sorry I missed the services. I would very much like to have been there. Ron was a class individual.

I will always remember Ronnie as a loving dad to Stephanie and Chris...always there whenever they needed him. I have known him since I was 5 and I have a vivid picture of Ronnie in my mind. He is wearing a pair of shorts and tee-shirt, white socks pulled up to his knees with a stripe around the top, and tennis shoes. It was the 70's ofcourse! What a great man. Ronnie, you are truely missed.

Dear Laurie and Ronnie's family,
I will miss Ronnie's smiling face at bowling. We have bowled in the same leagues for approx. 10 years, so it feels like the end of an era. I know he is at peace now
and I know he loved you all very much. You have my deepest sympathy.
Love,
